you have to register through the NC i.e. CIGRE India :
Organisation/ individual desiring to become the CIGRE member have to fill in the enclosed application form and indicate name, designation, address, phone, fax and E-mail etc. in the given format for printing in the CIGRE member’s directory, and send the form to CIGRE India along with the prescribe membership fee.
